  • Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, and are subject to change without notice prior to order confirmation.
4. Allergen Disclaimer

Please read carefully. Our Products are prepared in a facility that also processes tree nuts, milk, soy, wheat, eggs, and other common allergens.

  • We cannot guarantee that any Product is free of cross-contact with allergens, even if not listed as an ingredient.
  • Customers with food allergies or sensitivities should contact us directly before ordering.
  • We are not liable for allergic reactions resulting from Product consumption. Customers assume responsibility for reviewing ingredient and allergen information prior to purchase.
5. Orders & Payment
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of order.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our Products:

  • We do not accept returns of opened, consumed, or perishable Products.
  • Non-perishable items (e.g., merchandise) may be returned within 15 days in original, unopened condition.
  • Custom or personalized orders are final sale and non-refundable, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
8. Gift Cards & Promotions
  • Gift cards are non-refundable and do not expire unless required by law.
  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless stated otherwise, and we reserve the right to modify or end promotions at any time.
